Development Process for Building Dynamic Sites

On receipt of a client inquiry/RFP we will proceed to prepare a proposal with all the scoping details, costing and terms.

After the confirmation of order by the client, our development process would follow the following steps:

1. Receipt of deposit from customer.
   
2. Preparation of projected work break down schedule for client.
3. Web home page mock up design and hosting of 2 designs in our test server for you to give  your feedback, modifications, ideas, or approval of final web design.
4. Design  and hosting of inner pages on our test server for your approval
5. Phased uploading of the project to our test server with web control panel login details for client to review the functions.
6. Uploading of final version to our test server for you to do final checking and general clearance of the project.
7. Final uploading of the project to the server at the selected hosting provider.
   

The cost for web design, application development and testing will depend upon the project scope of which would be mutually agreed. We understand that desired features and configurations may change while the site is being developed.  HTG will attempt to meet these requests during the initial development phase if possible.  However, if the requests prove to extend the development phase past the inital scoping, you will be charged accordingly for the time needed to complete the requests.
